Dear Juliana and List Members, Namaskaar.

Some of my understanding below..

==================

Hare Rama Krishna,

Dear List Members, Namaskaar,

Please illuminate me regarding the difference between

a hora chart and hora lagna.

[NK]

A Hora chart, is a subdivisonal chart from the Rashi, similar to the

Drekkana (D3), the Navamsa (D9), the Dasmamsa (D10), etc.

The Hora is one that is or can be more revealing about one's sustnence

/ wealth / finances / etc.

There are several variations to this chart in calculations, and hence

various Hora subdivisonals.

I do understand what the 2nd harmonic hora chart is,

but I am not sure of the hora lagna.

[NK]

The Hora Lagna is a reference point, just as there are references to

the Lagna, the Arudha Lagna, the Ghatik Lagna, etc.

Signifying the 2nd House, it is the Dhana Da (Giver of wealth). Here,

"wealth" is not just narrowly defined as the material, but rather what

a person values in life and considers a driving force…

Please tell me how to use the hora chart or the hora

lagna chart to determine the past life of an

individual. I read this in a book by Linda Johnsen,

where she only mentions it briefly and gives no

explanation.

[NK]

I would consider other charts (Such as the D60), besides the Rashi to

gauge into the past life…

Just like the 12th from the Baadhakesh (One who causes obstacles) in a

chart is examined of the past, one could theoretically try the same

for the HL. I have not done so…

:>

It does not make sense to me to use the

2nd harmonic hora chart for this purpose, as I thought

it is more releated to financial matters. Therefore I

thought she might have been referring to the hora

lagna?

[NK]

I agree.

Thank you very much for your help in advance,

Juliana

[NK]

Hope that some of this helps.

May we continue to be guided by the Gurus and I be corrected where

needed.

Best wishes,

Nitin.
