Here are details of my friend , she is having a bad phase in her life -

 

she is on bed since december due to multiple slip disks, doctors say she

might have to go in for operation if thing do not improve.

 

she is 34 and still not married.

Dear Samir

 

Sun is in 6th house and so is venus. Venus is a malefic for Karka

lagna, and he is badly placed. Worshipping Shiva and Hanuman is remedy

for her.

Ask her to chant Namah Shivaya, and if possible ask her close

relatives, parents perform a Rudrabhishekam for her. If this is too

expensive, just ask her to chant Namah Shivaya. SHe should be ok. Post

march 26th life in general gets better. Sun dasa is on last leg, Sun

dasa ends in 2005 September, and a new chapter in the form of Moon

dasa would start. Ask her to wear a pearl in ring finger. That will

protect her.

Lagna and Lagna lord both are aspected by retrograde 8th lord Saturn. Ketu

afflicts lagna. Then see exchange of 5th & 9th lords and concentration on 5/11

axis. Finally see Dasa/Antardasa lords in the 6th.

It is not possible to give reasons every time as I don't know typing. But,

always concentrate on basics. Read the books of Shri K.N.Rao, J.N.Bhasin etc

and use your insight.

Hi everybody,

 

I think that is the only cause that she is suffering

(Sun-Venus dasa).

Moreover, sun is in the state of infancy. If it wud

have been strong (already is aries) it wud have

definitely given her ability to resist and fight the

enemies (diseases). Sun in 6th house make a person

fighter but always surrounded by enemies and if it is

not strong then the person will succumb to them.

Also, debilitated and old age lagna lord is not

promoting for sturdy health. It is conjoined with

mercury, which will always try to spoil the lagna.

Ketu is posited in Lagna. She may be very prone to

nervous problems or common cold and diseases which are

not diagnosed easily. The only promising factor for

her is the presence of Jupiter (a benefic) in 5th

house, which is aspecing lagna and at the same time

conjoined with lagna lord (forming moderate Gajakesari

yoga).

I think, she should definitely put on pearl as moon

dasa will commence in sep-2005. And Jupiter will

become weak when transitting 12th house(libra).

Dear Samir, Namaste,

 

Learned members have commented on her chart. I would like to add

that, in D-6 (if the birth-time is accurate) Sun is in 6th. house

aspected by Mars from 12th. house, Mars being 6th. lord. Also Sun is

receiving aspect from Rahu. There are several factors in her Rashi

that are influencing her health negatively in general (weak lagnesh,

exact degree aspect of Saturn 8th. lord on lagna lagensh closely

influenced by 6th. lord, lagna again under close influence of Ketu

etc.). Venus antardasa is (was) unfortunately quite delicate for her.

 

My thinking is that she should do Japa with a Sun Mantra, she can

chant Gayatri Mantra for the Sun Graha (not the usual Gayatri mantra

which could also be advised) or chant 108 names of the Sun. Also

Mrityunjaya mantra would be very good and appropriate, since she is

in serious bondage. In Moon M.Dasha, certainly Moon should be

propitiated since Moon is also weak in her chart.

 

The careful and light application of warm sesame oil regularly on

the back can be tried. Sesame oil has wonderful healing properties.

She should lie on as stiff a bed as possible. When she recovers

after checking appropriateness with the doctor, she should very

carefully do simple yoga asanas, without exerting any force at all

on the spine, just very very soft movements, to strengthen the back,

just bending a little bit at a time and very very carefully. Also

other exercises given to her by the doctor should be regularly done.

If her back, e.g. muscles are not strengthened, and kept in good

shape, she will have similar problems in the future. Also she should

use her body as much as possible, without straining or causing

another disk slip, e.g. by walking, and doing simple things.

 

The idea (and almost the only cure, apart from operations or muscle

relaxing medication) here is to very carefully and slowly strengthen

her back, without causing any injury in the process. Since her back

is already fragile, extreme caution is needed to prevent future

injury, but there really is no other alternative than to carefully

strengthen her back.
