As stated in the article, for leading to better harmonious relationships, fasting is recommended on the day of the day represented by the sign of the UL. Hence, in your case, fast on Fridays as the Sign (Rashi) is owned by Venus (Shukra). The graha(s) in the UL indicates some qualities that the partner brings. In the link you provided, states that fasting should be done on the day of UL lord. My understanding was that fasting should be done on the day of the graha which occupies the UL. For example, retro Mangal occupies my UL, but Shukra owns the rasi of UL. I have been fasting on Tuesday. Should I be fasting on Friday? Please explain. Thanks, Devika.
