Classics say if the 6,8 or 12th lord Strong in Kendra and There by aspecting the Lagna Lord

also form the VRY ? for ex : for Leo Lagna Jupiter being the 5th and 8th lord,

in lagna aspecting

the Sun . Plz shed more light on this.
