Guest guest
Namaste Nitin Bhai, Gurus and Learned Members, Thanks for my birth day wishes. I am 43 today and hopefully my Kaala Amrita Yoga will be broken naturally soon. The Maha Padma and Maha Sankha Yoga's which I have, may start functioning some time soon and get me some spiritual blessings from my Guru Ji and Mother Mahalakshmi. Just a side note, exactly on the very same day, 2 years ago( Jan 6th, 2003), accidently, I have come to this VA list and started my jouney of Jyotish learning with you all and it was a wondeful learning. Now answering to your question, regaring using the Sakuna's: Yes, I started using / following the Sakuna's as Sanjay Ji mentioned in his lecture that one should use Sakuna's deligently, even my Guru Ramadas Ji insisted me to use them prior to even venturing any Prashna. So, I have not even considered going forward in analysing the Prashna chart based on the Sakuna in few cases too. I even know one of my relatives who used to answer Prashna exclusively based on Breath, that time I did not have interest in knowing this from him, but he is no more avialble for me to teach. That is the reason, I have requested member to help me in getting the book "Shiv Swarauday Shastra" today as this will be very useful in Prashna Analysis. I will write to you, when I do my next Prashna Chart analysis with the various Sakuna's which I may observed. Thank you for imparting the knowledge of Jyotishin this forum and interacting in some good discussions. Regarding Prashna, I was just wondering, if you had used any Nimittas/ Shakunas in your analysis? If so, in your next postings, could you(or other members) share a bit on this? Thank you. Best wishes,Nitin. || Namah Shivaaya || vedic astrology, Rao Nemani <raon1008wrote: Om Krishna Guru, Namaste Dhira Ji, Thanks for the note and here is what my understanding on the Mandithe Upa Graha and its meaning and usage in Birth time rectification. As you know, the Graha responsible for giving us the results of ourpast karma is Shani. Shani had two sons, one is Gulika and other is Mandi. Between thesetwo sons, Gulika was appointed the job of giving us the results of ourpast karma, whilst Mandi disappeared and became lost. This loss in the horoscope is hence indicated by Mandi and should beused by the Nashta Jatakam Principles. If I have mis-typed and saidGulika earlier, then I stand to be corrected. This is the principle behind the usage of Mandi in the Natal Chartwhich will indicate, a Native will not know his/her birthtime or losehis birthchart if the Mandi is is in kendra to Navamsa lagna. Please let me know whether the birth time corrected by me ismatching with the past events of your father, so that I can refine mylearning.
