Guest guest
Hi There Ravi, Rui et al...re: accidents... On Tuesday, 14 Dec. 2004, someone I know fell hard while hiking on the ice and injured her knee, arm, shoulder and face. The native has: 29 degrees/50 minutes Vrischika/Jyestha Lagna Mars is in Mesha/Ashwini in the 6th house at ~6 degrees. Mercury, Vimshottari Mahadasa lord, is a malefic lord for the chart as lord of the 8th and 11th houses, placed in Shravan in the 3rd house at ~21 degrees. Saturn, AK, is in Thula/Vishakha in the 12th at ~28 degrees. Sun/Moon in Dhanus/Satabhisak in the 4th at ~10 and ~16 degrees respectively. The day of the accident was Tuesday, Mars' day, and Mars as we know is the planet of accidents. Transit of Mars was sandhi 28/38 at the time, conjoined natal Saturn in the 12th house of native's Rasi chart, and Maraka Venus was transiting the 1st house at ~4 degrees. She is running Mercury/Mars dasa. Rabble-rouser Rahu was transiting on her natal Mars at ~6 degrees Mesha in the 6th house. Saturn was transiting near the 8th house cusp near the 64th navamsa I believe, near natal Jupiter/Ketu in Punarvasu in the 8th at ~2 degrees Karkata. So all three main Dusthanas had malefic transits. Fortunately, she did not break any bones and did not have a really bad accident. But I am not sure what can be seen in her Rasi or Bhava charts that was protecting her from having a worse accident. Could it be that the Bhukti lord Mars being the chart lord ultimately will not harm very badly and especially because he is in a 4/10 relationship with Dasa lord Mercury? I welcome your ideas to understand the planetary forces behind why the "sword thrust" ended up being only a "pinprick." Thanks, Juliana (May the Light of Jupiter shine on all.)
