How to find one's Ista Devta from the chart. ?? Can anybody tell me

what is my ista devta.

In my thinking Ista devta is find through 5th house as in ur 5th

house there is Mercury so ishta devta is Vishnu. So u sould pray

lord vishnu..I request To mr. Nitin Sir and other learned members to

correct me....

Ishta Devta can be found by 12th from the AK in D-9 chart , If

there is any planet at this place then the lord of the planet can be

thought as Ishta Devta. If 2 or more planets are there ,then the

planet lord with highest degrees in the rashi chart will be considered

as ishta devta. If no planets are at 12th from AK then the rashi lord

will be considered as Ishta Devta.

Corrections are kindly requested from the learned members.

who is placed in Sg in Navamsa. The 12th from the AK is Sc

and Ketu is placed there.

 

So the Ishta Devata for you is Lord Ganesha.

Yes I do agree with you as the 5th house indicates Dharma while 9th house

indicate Higher philosophy or spirituality and 12th house indicates Salvation

-Liberation or Moksha.

Also 5th house also indicates poorvapunya-past life good deeds.
