Dasa antar and pratanyantar...which rules???

Respected Jyotishis,

 

Which planet has a major say in giving the effects...is it dasa lord

or antar lord or prayantar lord or the lord of sookshma dasa....?How

do we interpret the vimossatari dasa according to the dasa operating

at the moment and the antar in that and the prayantar in that...which

has more say in giving results???
