Guest guest
Dear Gurujis, Can someone enlighten me on the various planetary and stellar combinations under which an accident happens? And can a train accident be distinguished from, say, a bus accident, car accident, bike accident, plane accident etc? Regards, Ravi
Guest guest
Hi Ravi, Interesting question, I would really like to read an answer. I had an accident on 27/08/04. At that time, the moon was on my ascendant. Mars, Jupiter, the sun, mercury were on my 8th house. Saturn and Venus were on my 6th. As I am a Capricorn Ascendant, the moon is my killer planet and it was on my ascendant, then venus and saturn are my best planets, and they were in the 6th house, perhaps that was why they could not help, then all other planets, except for rahu and ketu, were in my 8th house of death, accidents, etc... so I did have an accident!!! Thanks, Rui. - Ravisankar Sivasubramaniam vedic astrology Wednesday, December 22, 2004 1:11 PM [vedic astrology] Accidents Dear Gurujis,Can someone enlighten me on the various planetary and stellarcombinations under which an accident happens? Guest guest
Hi There Ravi, Rui et al...re: accidents... On Tuesday, 14 Dec. 2004, I fell hard while hiking on the ice and injured my knee, arm, shoulder and face. Tuesday is Mars' day, and Mars as we know is the planet of accidents. Transit of Mars was sandhi at the time, conjoined natal Saturn in the 12th house of the Rasi chart, and Maraka Venus was transiting the 1st house. I am running Mercury/Mars dasa. Rabble-rouser Rahu was transiting exactly on my natal Mars in the 6th house. Saturn was transiting near the 8th house cusp near the 64th navamsa I believe, near natal Jupiter/Ketu in Punarvasu in the 8th. So we see that all three main Dusthanas had malefic transits. Fortunately I am blessed by God, Christ and Guru, because I did not break any bones and did not have a really bad accident. But I am not sure what can be seen in my Rasi or Bhava charts that was protecting me from having a worse accident. Could it be that the Bhukti lord Mars is my chart ruler so ultimately he will not harm me very badly and he is in a 4/10 relationship with Dasa lord Mercury? I have 29 degrees/50 minutes Vrischika Lagna, and Mercury, dasa lord, is a malefic lord for my chart as lord of the 8th and 11th houses. In the natal chart, Mars is in Ashwini in the 6th house; and Saturn is in Vishakha in the 12th; Mercury in Shravan in the 3rd; Sun/Moon in Satabhisak in the 4th. I welcome your ideas to understand the planetary forces behind why the "sword thrust" ended up being only a "pinprick." Thanks, Juliana (May the Light of Jupiter shine on all.)
