Ur lagna lord is exalted mercury which is very good for u personally and a strong lagna lord does cover up for most of the things cause if ones mind and body is in good shape he can achieve whatever he aspires for. However lagna itself is subjected to Papakatari yoga by malefics rahu and mars and it does cast some stress on your mind. Now for career looking for 10th lord jupiter who is incidently also badhak for gemini lagna in 6th house indicates lot of hardwork and it would be always adviseable to stay from legal and monetary issues which are controversial. In d-10 main houses to look at are 6, 7 and 10 for service, business and general nature of work. The 10th lord in 7th house does pull u towards business and own house sun in 6th house would favour for service in probably in govt projects or govt related work. So i wont be surprised if you have 2 sources of income. Also lagna lord of d-10 is aspected by its lord jupiter to improve things. So things should be good in moon-venus and moon sun dasha for your career start. Regarding marriage, 7th lord in 6th house in lagna is not a very promising start and also jupiter is badhak as mentioned earlier. However from UL, Sun is in own house with venus and also 7th house is having moon so i would say you will have a good looking wife who will be dominating in nature. However 2nd from UL is having very strong mercury so good longevity in marriage. A7 with exalted saturn would cause some problems Affliction of jupiter the 7th lord in navamsa with rahu does indicate some worries but i would say overall its more positive than negative.
