Pls help me to be back with my family

I am Sathian, I am married for 11 years and have 3 sons. The problem is I am

never being able to stay with my family. I have change jobs 3 times and some

thing will happen and we will be apart again. We all love each other very much

.. And such my career has being affected. I am in the Sales and Marketing line

and at the begining I was based at about 300 km away (and use visit my family

only on week ends).Later I left and join another company and I was transfered

again. When I found a job in my hometown i was happy and after 9 months the

company had be closed and I had fine anew job and now being base overseas.

I am a Malaysian and currently being based in Vietnam. I am in the flooring and

packaging business. What I need to know is what I need to do to be back with my

family or is it just my faith. I have very young childrens I also need a career

to support. My wife is nurse in a private hosiptal. I have tried move her with

me but since the kids are going to school we do not want to disturb their

schooling.

I have seen a few people and no want has given a right answer.. PLEASE if any
