Will look into your chart and get back to you. As far as your baby is concerned though i havent looked into his chart, all i would say is he is too young to go by astrology, even in BPHS it is mentioned that its difficult to predict for anybody less than age of 12 (or 20 not sure) cause they are yet on their Prarabdh Karma. So all i would say is pray to god for his well being cause nothing is bigger and powerful than god. May god bless the baby. In general ur rashi chart does show some worries from progeny cause natural karaka for kids is jupiter which is 12th house and conjoined jupiter but being swagrahi it doesnt cause as much harm. Also 5th house is having saturn which is aspected by sun (bad), its taurus lord is venus which is with mars (bad) and saturn is aspected by mars. I am still learning rashi drishti which is considered very important and hence view of other astrologers is highly appreciated. But this just gives an overview. The real picture emerges when we see the D-7 chart, Since D-7 lagna is odd we go anticlockwise to 9th house which is showing sun in leo which very good so excellent health for first kid i would say. Also following BAV we get 5 points for sun in 9th house which is above average. The second child is shown by 7th house which also swagrahi merc so a boy but merc is retrograde which makes it weak and also conjoined by enemy moon which is spoiling the things here. In BAV merc gets only 2 points which very low and moon has 5 points which makes it strong and overpowers merc the lord for this house so we see the second kid in bad health. Also some theory says that rahu casts its power over 12 and 2nd from where it sits so its effecting 7th and 5th house so it wont be a very good idea to have one more kid vaniji also saturn is debilitated in 5th house so i think you should consult other astrologers before planning one more kid. Just a suggestion Vaniji which is my personal opinion i might be wrong. Now looking at your kids chart, which i am doing cause of medical problem else i dont encourage looking chart for kids cause people form that mind set towards them and it hampers their free-will. Kids are blessings of god and should have a freedom to express and grow. The boy is having moon in sixth house and moon is afflicted by rahu. Also he is running moon dasha and moon is 8th lord in 6th house and hence the health problem. The 6th house is aspected by mars which shows surgery and also aspected by ketu from 12th which eclipses moon though moon is strong and exalted but i dont like seeing lord of dusthana being exalted. So i feel it is just the dasha and also transit where jupiter is constantly being aspected by saturn which will clear out by 2007 and than jupiter will be free to give its total power and things should improve with time. I remember my younger brother used to be sick always and now he is the strongest !!! By the grace of jupiter things will improve for the boy and i feel he will have healthy body when he grows up. I am still learning remedies but remedy which you can do for your son after looking at ur D-7 is to strengthen ur mercury which can be done by fasting on wednesdays (also ur UL so will improve ur married life and ur luck factor). Also mrityunjaya mantra is recommended by gurus for health reasons. In addition i have observed Vishnu Sahastranama to work amazingly cause nothing is more powerful than vishnu the eternal creator and his wish is like divine order. Guest guest Posted December 20, 2004 Report Share Posted December 20, 2004 Dear Vaniji I personally do not take anything when fasting but i would say not eating anything from sunrise to sunset (juice and water allowed initially -- if ur kid is dependent on u for feeding than dont fast yet... cause by feeding ur kid u r doing even better karma ) however aim is to burn the karmas in the fire of stomach.....remember In Gita Lord Krishna talks about Yajnas...it can be fire created by Kriya yoga or fasting or by reciting mantras and offering homage to real fire.
