Dear Narasimha ji and Bharat ji

It is not a wise attempt to analyse the horoscope of a scholar like shri

Narasimha rao.I am making a humble attempt.

Divisionals are must.But how is a question?My understanding is limited but

beleive there are no houses in Vargas.

In this chart,Kanya is rising.What is Kanya? Purity or Perfection.Ruler

Mercury.Any one who is a perfectionist will be a hard worker.

The karakattwa of mercury in education is known well.Now what is the degree of

Mercury in this chart.3 degrees in Aries.As it is within the intial degrees of

aries,it will occuppy the same tattwa in numerous Vargas.

Parashara advises us to look for planets attaining similar ,friendly ,exaltation

tattwas in the vargas to deciding for raja yogas.Lagna lord attaining this

position in numerous Vargas is the first point to look in this chart.Though for

Mars mercury is an enemy, for mercury Mars is neutral.Though only rated 30th

among top world universities,Indian institute of technologies are among the

creamy best.Doing Bachelors there is good.

Now look for other yogas.

Even if any yoga will not fructify,Dharma Karmadhipati yoga will fructify in an

individuals life at least at some point.Strongest trine and strongest

kendra.See the formation of DKY in the 8th house.Look for the strength of 8th

lord.Look for the association of Lagna lord with the yoga forming

planets.(1,9&10) is not a bad combination to have.For dhana yogas simply look

for 1,2,5,9,11 associations to get an overview.In this chart 2,5,9,1 are

together.As we have said before Lagna lord has attained the same tattwa in

numerous vargas.As this is also 10th lord we could get a picture about

profession as well.

Now Mercury is in the nakshathra of ashwini, lorded by Ketu and in the moola

trikona of Mars.All this explains the academic excellence.Engineering can also

bee explained with respect to Mars connection.Also one can say even if he does

not want to practise extensively he will master Ayurveda,as his mercury is in

aswini nakshathra(Ashwini devas) especially as this is 8th house and relation

to Ketu.The third house of initiatives is also strong because of aspect of own

lord from Moola trikona.All these and the concentration in 8th explains occult

as well.

In his Panchamsha Jupiter is in Kumbha - Sages say Brihaspati in Kumbha is

equivalent to exaltaion.Vakra Guru will have chesta bala.But he is lucky that

his Guru dasha has already ceased as Guru is in Maraka sthana having Kendra

dosha especially by owning 7th house.

Moon in 6th will give instability to mind especially with Rahu.Also shani the

fifth lord and dispositor of Rahu is debilitated.But the saving points here are

the aspect of guru and certain amount of neecha bhanga for Shani.Neechatwa of

Shani is in turn a blessing for rise because of hard work and Tapas(For Tapas

see Venus and Mercury in Ketu lorded nakshathra). Also Moon with Rahu will give

ablity to think non conventionally, which is needed for research.

Dashas of Saturn,5th lord - Getting Neecha bhanga and the strong lagna and 10th

lord mercury coming at the right age should be noted.Thus one could easily

understand the roles of various planets in this horoscope.

Anyone who has been reading Mr.Rao for sometime will know that he is more of a

Mercurian person than a Jupiterian.

If a beginner like me can explain to this extent i am pretty sure a learned

person can unfold a lot without getting lost in considering houses in

divisionals.Houses are bit illogical as the tattwas in vargas are from diffrent

rashis and hence do not have order to be considered in continuity.Others with

better understanding vcan hold different views.
