Real Purpose of Bhajan singing - Ultimate Message from Lord

My most loving members of the Glorious Sai Family,

 

 

Yesterday, after sending the 1ST message on the above subject, I

went home early, sat before Swami in my pooja room(Shrine), set the

shruti for the bhajan and then started singing the same bhajan not

once, not twice, but about 10 times or more.

 

I would sing one sentence, dwell on the meaning of that sentence, as

found yesterday, then repeat the sentence again and then go on to

the next.

 

Thus, a beautiful journey started with Swami and who else but only

Swami as my guide, my companion, my lord.

 

Lord Sai, one who fulfills our wishes and elevates us to the Highest

level, chose to reveal the entire journey in the path of devotion to

this deena sathya, through this bhajan and thus, took me through

various stages, as given below.

 

 

STAGE I – Stage of curiosity, stage of wonder, stage of getting

attracted to His form. (Giridhara Govinda Gopala Ganshayama

Nandalala)

 

Oh Krishna, I have heard, I have read that you are the protector,

you are the one who will lift us from all our worries and problems

in this material world. With this belief, I chose to worship you, to

come closer to you, Oh son of Nanda, Oh Ganashyama, I am bewildered

by your enchanting beauty, your divine form.

 

 

STAGE II - Stage of worship, stage of prayer (Manamohana Madusudana

Madhava Damodhara Janardana)

 

Thus drawn near to you, I find that  I have lost my heart to you, Oh

Sai Krishna, Your darshan, sparshan, sambhashan,  divine leelas,

your padanamskaram, your miracle, your stories, all these things

have made me loose my heart to you, Oh Manamohana!!

 

With a belief that you are the only one who will remove all the evil

qualities in me, Oh Madhusudana, I pray to you sincerely  Oh

Janardana, I am aware that you  will grant me the boon I need (for

higher attainment)

 

 

STAGE III – Total Surrender, Bliss (Muralidhara manamohana)

 

Oh ever merciful Lord   Sai, you heard my prayer and you granted me

the boon I asked for, for liberating myself.

 

Oh Muralidhara, You helped me out of your infinite mercy, to

annihilate my ego and desire and become as hollow as a flute.

 

The journey started with you Manamohana and it ends with you,

Manamohana.. Initially, I gave my heart to you, lost in your

physical charm and your leelas. At the end, when you have made my

heart as hollow as your flute, I find nothing else in the heart, no

thoughts, no desire but only you, only you are installed and only

you rule my heart, in the unmanifest form of divine, supreme,

undiluted love. 

 

Immersed in the  nectrine ocean of Undiluted, Unlimited  Divine love.

 

A devotee.

Thank you so much for sharing this with me, I actually felt the words

that you expressed I only pray that all of us could see how important

bhajans signing with its real purpose is. I pray to Swami to please help

all of us realize the true meaning of bhajans singing.
