Basic question on US presidential elections

I am looking at the horoscopes of George W Bush and John F Kerry.

 

I have a basic question. If George W Bush is re-elected, will he take oath again

on Jan 23, 2005 or will he just continue without a new inauguration?

After analyzing the election day and the inauguration day from the point of view

of the two natal charts and looking at the nomination acceptance times of both,

I will give my prediction.
