help in deciding lagna, sarpa dosha or pitru dosha please tell

please help me decide the lagna of my brother who appears to be born

on a cusp. Please analyze his chart and tell me about his married life as we

are very much concerned about this.

His birth details are as follows

 

Date of birth: 13th September 1974.

place: Dharwad district, Karnataka State

Time of birth is disputed between 20: 10 and 20:20 PM.

 

20:10 gives meena lagna while 20:20 gives Mesha lagna (by most softwares).

 

So please help me decide about the lagna of my brother and also please analyze

his chart. Does he have sarpa dosha or pitru dosha.

 

That both the lagnas seem to give the same general predictions has added to the

confusion regarding his lagna. What extra information can possibly verify his

lagna. please clarify. Is venus + Sun combination in Leo with Rahu's Drishti

bad for him? please clarify.
