Guest guest
Namaste friends, We perform Satya Narayana Vratam on every Full Moon evening at our home in South Grafton (near Boston). All are welcome to attend and have dinner after the vratam. If you want to attend any month, please contact me to find the exact date and time. Especially, tonight's vratam is very important, as it is Kartika Pournima. This is the most auspicious evening of the entire year for Satya Narayana Vratam. The vratam will start around 6 pm and end around 9 pm. We will have dinner at 9 pm with the prasadam. It will be our pleasure to have you as our guest for the pooja. If you live nearby and want to attend, please call (508) 839-1218 to find directions. You may ask for my wife ("Padmaja") and she can give you directions. If you reply to this mail privately, we can email the directions also. If you live far away and want to do the vratam yourself and do not know how to do it, I cannot tell you the entire procedure (many times, people have asked this question). The vratam is very elaborate with a lot of mantras and many rituals. The simplest approximation to the vratam is to keep chanting "Om Namo Bhagavate Satya Devaaya" as many times as you can. May Jupiter's light shine on us, Narasimha
