Guest guest
Namaste all, All the recent testing I have done is for JHora 6.0 (commercial version). I turned on the LITE_BUILD flag, added TP, Moola dasa etc to the Lite build, built the Lite version and released it without much testing. I apologize for this. Some of the options (user preferences) added to the user preferences file in the last few months have broken the Lite build. In other words, Lite build reads some options incorrectly. Unfortunately, user has no way of fixing these, because the corresponding option dialog boxes have the OK button disabled. Certain options were intended to be forced on the user (as they were thought to be the correct ones), but certain other options ended up being forced. An example is geocentric vs topocentric positions. Topocentric positions and true nodes were forced in JHL 6.0 inadvertantly. As a result, Moon's longitude can be off by a degree or so. As a result, dasas can be off by many months or even more than a year. I will fix these problems, test thoroughly and release JHL 6.0 in a few days. Please note that those who own the commercial version will not be affected by this. JH 6.0 (non-Lite) is working fine and reads the user options fine. Moreover, users can change various options and experiment. I apologize again to JHLite users and I will fix your problems in 2 days.
