Child suffering from Eczema - pls. help ...Another Chronic case

Respected Chandrashekhar Ji and Friends,

 

There is another case of chronic Eczema of over 20 years .

This person has it on both his legs.

 

His birth details are as under.

 

12 June 1949

14.00 Hrs Sholapur

India.

Interesting thig about this horoscope is again Moon aspected by Mars

with 8th aspect where Mars is the lord of 8th and 3rd house.

And also Mercury in retro as in previous horoscope.

Both have Jupiter in 5th house.

Can an expert opinion from you be expected sir?
