Guest guest
||| Hare Rama Krishna ||| Dimple, Per Vedic Astrology, I see you as a Libra rising, with Moon in Pisces. For Libra rising, Jupiter remains the 3rd and 6th Lord. This is for 1/12th of the population, so you're not alone. Whilst Jupiter is the Deva Guru, there is another Guru recognized in the planetary cabinet. Can you guess which is the Asura Guru..? You are deeply spiritual. (Rahu being 7th from the AL, and the Ishta's House is occupied by Ketu.) There has been discussion regarding Jupiter being retrograde in the archives. Consider something unusual or unconventional about a planet when not following the regular order of the Sun. When Jupiter transits the natal lagna next August onward, you will have better luck with Gurus, and mantra. Please consider: http://www.srath.com/sjc/sikshamantra.htm Also consider: http://www..org/learn/ck.htm Find your Dharma Devta. Knowledge of the tradition is coming assuming Saturn is in the Navamsa lagna. (For purposes of verification, you are also sometimes nervous or frozen, compared to the average person despite being quite responsible, and can easily make elaborate plans, having Rahu in Trines to the Navamsa Lagna.) Also, your lagna lord is in that pursuing knowledge of the occult. The Bhava has to be considered carefully. This is where you or the Dhi perceives things to be, whereas the Rashi that what is actually happening… Best wishes, Nitin. || Namah Shivaaya || I am so sorry, I forgot to mention my birth details with the questions. DOB: July 22nd, 1973 ( I am a cancer-leo cusp and therefore call myself water-fire ) POB: New Delhi, India TOB: 12.35 p.m. (that is what the nurse told my parents. I'm not too certain if this is exact to the minute). Thank you, Dimple Note: forwarded message attached. ______ The all-new My – Get yours free! Water Fire <julyrainmermaid> Tue Nov 16, 2004 6:38 pm Analysing Jupiter in my chart julyrainmermaid Jai Mata Di Pujaya Gurujis, I have very recently joined this group and am interested in learning about Astrology. Since I was 15 or so, I have been drawn to astrology, numerology, and all other sciences that accordingly to me make us think on a deeper plane, and I have read a couple of books on my own to create a pathway for this learning. However, I have not had any formal training and I am so delighted to learn of this , where everyone shares their learning. I have a thought in my mind that keeps bothering me. Since I started learning astrology, one of the first few things I noticed in my chart was a debilitated Jupiter in the 4th house. Since Jupiter is a benefic that gives graciousness and wisdom, I was very disappointed to see this in my chart. In some time, another astrologer told me (I used to learn by taking my own chart to various astrologers and asking them questions) "but it is retrogate and it reverses the impact". And also, Jupiter is the lord of the 3rd and 6th house in my chart, and so another astrologer said "you should not strengthen it and leave it as it is. it is okay to have the 6th house lord weekened by debilitation". However, I wondered "but what about the other blessings that jup gives?" and is it because of the same that I have not been able to find a guru? Please help me understand my guru and whether I will be able to find a guru and be a good student of astrology. Is it mostly because of my yogakaraka Sani's placement in the 9th that I have been drawn to the Indian scriptures and deeper learning? I have another questions - with regards to bhava chart. chandra-mangal in my rasi chart are in the 6th house but they are in the 7th in the bhava chart. how should i read them?
