Dear Narasimha,

If one casts transit chart for 21.10, 25th Amatyakaraka,Bhratrukaraka,

and darakaraka are in same degrees and descending minutes in that order,

so a triple replacement of charakarakas for that time is seen for the

chart of that time. Does this tell anything?

Regards,

Chandrashekhar.

Dear Narasimha,

Please read Matrukaraka instead of Dara karaka in last mail.

Namaste Chandrashekhar ji,

I am skeptical about such reasons which apply to everyone. What this means

is that someone born at this time is going to have huge changes and

upheavals in life. If a chara karaka replacement occurring at a given time

caused an event, why will only some people experience it?

Of course, I am not saying transits don't have a role to play. For example,

Saturn-Mars close conjunction in Gemini is not good, as Gemini is the 8th

from navamsa lagna. It shows some discomfort and anxiety. Even in navamsa,

Saturn-Mars conjunction in transit occurred in Pisces navamsa, which is

Sanjay ji's rasi lagna.

Like I said, the technique of DTPC is just one way to approach it. There

must be many other ways. But I think they have to be specific to Sanjay ji's

chart and not generic enough to apply to everyone.

May Jupiter's light shine on us,

Narasimha

Dear Sri Narasimha ji

I am trying to understand technique of TPC and DTPC as taught by You through

various writings. Below is extract of recent communication.Heading "High Alert"

1. Mercury owns the 3rd house of travel.

Are you referring Natural Zodiac? my doubt Sanjay natal chart has taurus in III

rd and DTPC for date in question has Leo in III.

2. In addition to being afflicted by the 8th lord, Mercury is placed in the

8th house from his own sign Virgo (3rd house!).

Virgo is in VII house in natal chart of Sri Sanjay indiactes middle distance

travel as Per teachings OF Dr BVR but use of phrase ( 3 rd house confuses me )

May be you referred some div chart for travel of DTPC or what it was.

I shall be grateful if you can make me undestand.

thanking in anticipation.

---------------------------- extract of message--------

Jyotisha is an ocean of knowledge. There are so many principles. An event

happens due to the confluence of hundreds of factors. Each of us knows only a

few of these factors and we explain things based on our limited knowledge. My

favorite technique for identifying the days of special events is Daily Tithi

Pravesha Chakra (DTPC).

Sanjay ji's natal chart data is: 7th Aug 1963, 9:15:40 pm (IST), 83e58, 21n27.

When he was born, 59.04% of Krishna Tritiya tithi was left. The DTPC (daily

TP chart) of the day of the event is cast when 59.04% of a tithi (any tithi)

was left prior to the event. His DTPC data is: 25th May 2004, 8:52:09 am

(IST), 83e58, 21n27. You can cast a chart for this data and verify that

59.04% of Sukla Shashthi tithi was left then. If you make the chart, you will

see that Mercury hora was running at the time of the chart. So Mercury becomes

the ruler of the day. Mercury owns the 3rd house of travel. He is closely

afflicted by the 8th lord Rahu. Mercury is at 17 deg 6 min in Aries, while

Rahu is at 16 deg 6 min in Aries. Affliction by 8th lord Rahu within a degree

shows some disappointment or nuisance related to travel. In addition to being

afflicted by the 8th lord, Mercury is placed in the 8th house from his own

sign Virgo (3rd house!). The only sahama in Aries is Jadya sahama. Jadya

sahamam is at 17 deg 3 min in Aries (within 3 arc-min from Mercury!). Jadya

means sluggishness, dullness and inactivity. Jadya sahama is the significant

point of the zodiac related to sluggishness. As the 3rd lord is closely placed

in this sahama, there was some delay related to travel. DTPC works beautifully

and I used it several times to predict future (as opposed to retro-analysis

that I have done now). However, it is not 100% correct. There are times when

it does not make full sense to me (which may be due to my short-comings). But

the case is quite strong in this example. This is an ideal textbook example.

Dear Sri Srivastav ji,

I am talking about the DTPC (daily TP chart). In that chart, Cancer rises. So

Mercury owns the 3rd house. Even jaadya sahamam being placed within a few

arc-min from Mercury is true for this daily chart only. If you want to make the

daily chart yourself, please use tyhe data I gave below (see at the end of the

quoted part). You will see that Cancer rises and Mercury hora runs at that

time.

May Jupiter's light shine on us,

Narasimha
