Are the JHora Time Zones Correct ? -->Narasimha Ji

Namaste Narasimha Ji,

I am using JHora Commercial Version 6.0 and used the following Data to cast a

Prashna Chart and do my analysis.

October 20, 2004Time: 16:30:00Time Zone: 4:00:00 (East

of GMT)Place: 37 E 36' 00", 55 N 45' 00" Moscow,

Russia

But When I used the JHora I get +5.0 (East of GMT) instead of +4.0. Please tell

me, whether I have upgraded the JHora correctly from Ver 5.0 or not?. Do I have

to get some files from you to correct this problem.

May I request you to know, what I shall do correct this error from my part or is

this is an issue known to you already ? Please let me know.
