Dear Pradeep,

 

Let me refer to Parasara's first sentence in the chapter on Zodiacal

signs. He refers to Kala Purusha & the Limbs of Kala Purusha. i am

not suggesting that We Divide, but merely saying what is already

there. Also, he attributes different charecterstics to Scorpio and

Aries, the so called 'Kuja kshetra'

 

Coming to construction of charts, did Parasara ask us to construct

any chart for that matter? If one can visualise the entire gamut in

their mind (or mind's eye) there is no need for the drawing of

charts. It is for ease of use we try to draw them down.

 

If there is no chart, there would not have been any aspects of

planets or Rasis? Is that what we are saying?

 

The chapter on Divisionals makes it clear as to where the planets and

Lagna would be placed in ....depending on which area you are looking

at. In fact, when we move forward from Hora, it becomes more and more

clear.

 

When we moved from Kalapurusha lagna (Head), which is Aries we have

already taken the first step to define an individual in one area?

 

Then where is the hesitation to move to other areas and seek out more

information on the individual.

 

Anyway, thanks for the discussion. You should be appreciated for

taking a contrarian view and expressing it boldly.
