Nakshatra Nadika ( 1 Ghati or 24 Minutes ) is 43rd by name Ashwini

which indicates failures.Also as per Kala Prakashika, an ancient

classic on Muhurta tells, Kanya,Tula and Vrischika Lagnas should be

is Tula and so it is another Dosha.Guru is in 11th Vargothama but is

chart is very weak.So when Surya trasnits over Simha Rashi ie.,

between Aug.15 to Sept.14,there may be some troubles to the Prime

Minister to rule the country from his own allies.
