Here if you are well aware of Basics of Astrology (How to cast Horoscope, Rasi, Planets and etc) then you can start reading from 4th Reader. Besides this there are some developments also like in Maharashtra we have 4 step theory and currently Dr.Kar from Orrisa has come up with his TSP methods in KP.
