Dear jyotisa Gurus & Jyotisa

As you are aware the SJC Annual conference 2005 is to be held in Mumbai

India on the second thursday of 2005 for a week. The main topic for the

conference is 'Timing of events' and we propose to publish a book with all

the papers presented. Even if you cannot come for the conference, please

write your thoughts and share your knowledge with others. the book to be

published by SJC shall go a long way in bring Jyotish to its original great

heights. I have some thoughts and aspirations from some of the major

contributors of this list and hope that they can mayke their valued

contribution.

 

1. Narasimha - Narayana dasa in Dasamsa - timing jobs and changes

2. J.K.Dasgupta - Timing financial events (like share investments or

property purchase etc)

3. Hari Mahalingam - Timing education and higher studies

4. Robert Koch - Drig dasa and its importance in timing diksha, learning

veda etc

5. Brendan Feeley - Timing the manifestation of disease with Paryaya dasa

6. Ronnie Dreyer - Vimsottari dasa as a predictive tool

7. Parthasarathy - Brahma Dasa

8. S.Purushothaman - Charts of musicians and timing their success

9. Phyllis Chubb - timing relationships and setbacks

10. Sarbani Sarkar - Timing curses and their remedies

11. Ashwin Hirani - Can we predict a filmstar in the making? Timing the

If I have left out any name, please realise that this list will be endless

and you are requested to write on any topic. The topics given above are not

hard and fast but a general indicator of my expectations.
