Allow me to share my understanding.

 

> 1) In my D-10 Chart , saturn being the 9th and 10th Lord is 11th House .

Will saturn being the lord of 9th and 10th

> House will give "dharmakaramadhipathya yoga"

 

Yes, only if it associates with either one of those houses either by conjuction

or by aspect (Graha drishti).

2) In my D-10 chart What is effect of saturn (9th , 10th Lord) cojoined

with jupiter ( 8th and 11th lord) in 11th house ie (Meena , pices)
