Dear Vinoo,

While I have not been following this informative list on the making

of a good jyotishi, I did take a peek at your chart and can

understand why there is a draw to Jyotish.

Amogst several indications, Pt. Sanjay Rath elaborated that

association of the AtmaKaraka to the 11th House (also 4th from the

8th) indicates a person involved in Jyotish (or perhaps some other

form of the occult).

There is a Chara AtmaKaraka replacement, but the planet doing so is

also somehow having a good influence on the above said house.

Carry on your research. There is a lot in the archives of this list

itself.

Namah Shivaaya.

Nitin,

Thank you very much for looking at my chart and responding to me it is encouraging.

However, I do not know if it is possible to make it out from my chart but I have

been accused by family and friends of starting a lot of projects, dabbling and

then not concluding well. Will my adventure into astrology be also one like

that, or will I be able to go deep into the subject?

Vinoo
