Parivartan yoga effects for a debilitated planet --> pls guide Sanjayji

Respected Sir,

 

In the present case, only one and not two planets happen to be

debilitated. But due to this parivartan yoga, neechhanga occurs and I

have read Shri S. Rathji's artciles on NBY ... where he advices that

the same are very powerful. Kindly clear my confusion and guide me.
