The method used by you (parasari system) in judging longevity is quite useful when one is not able to judge by the position of the planets. Ketu's presence in the 8th house, aspected by 8th lord and karaka, Saturn also indicates Alpayu. Her career is yet to start. Mr. Vinay has pointed out that there were breaks in education and it is true. However, her field is not medicine. She is doing her Business Management as pointed out my Mr.Rao.
