Yes that is one way of looking at it. The person also has a Vargottama

exalted Sun aspecting his 9th house and Natural significator for

Dharmasthana Jupiter is flanked by Moon and Mercury causing a bandhana

to both Jupiter and lord of 9th Venus.Sun also casts a papaargala on

them from 3rd. He appears to be to much fixated on causing harm to his

Guru. Saturn and Mars associate Mercury's house in Gemini the buddhi

sthana and Saturn aspects Mercury in 2nd too. Quite a complex person is

it not?

I mentioned earlier that Sanjay ji

has A6 in Gemini with exalted Rahu in it. I showed that he started

Ketu's Shodasottari dasa soon before the attacks started and I said

that Ketu gives Rahu's results as Rahu does not have dasa in

Shodasottari dasa scheme (just as Rahu gives Ketu's results in

Ashtottari and Tithi Ashtottari dasas).

 

Please note that the above native

has lagna ruled by Rahu and his Rahu dasa is running from 1992 to 2010!!

 

Sanjay ji should in general stay

away from people who have a strong Rahu influence in the natal chart or

in dasas. Not only is Rahu in A6, but Rahu's graha arudha is in the 8th

house. So people influenced by Rahu tend to turn inimical to him and

bring nuisance to him.
