Parivartan yoga effects for a debilitated planet --> pls guide

Respected Veterans,

 

I am a little bit confused and need guidance. Would a mahaparivartan

yoga exist even when a planet is debilitated. Will its debilitation

be cancelled? E.g:- Virgo ascendant, Debilitated Mercury, Moon & ketu

in 7th house (Pisces), Jupiter in 10th house (Gemini) .... The

reasons why I think neechbhanga exists ...

 

1) Debilitated Planet's (Mercury's) exalted sign is Virgo which is in

kendra (angle)

2) Lord of the sign in which debilitated planet is i.e Jupiter in

this case is in 10th house in kendra (angle)

3) Mercury & Jupiter exchange houses (7th & 10th)

 

Kindly guide me whether I am right or not and also please further

clarify how effective is this maha parivatan yoga and when will it

get activated. I would be grateful if you throw some light into this

and clear my doubts.
