I would primarily consider Mars for this. Mars is also the natural significator of land ("bhoomi karaka") and hence, the 4th House. The 4th House, is the deepest in the invisible side of the zodiac, and represents inner peace or happiness ("Sukha"). If stressed, it can lead to challenges in the matters of comforts. Here is one approach: 1) Check the House's sign 2) Check the planets therein, if any 3) Check the lord of the House 4) Check any affliction to the House via Drishtis (Rashi / Graha) 5) Check any affliction to the House Lord via Drishtis (Rashi / Graha) 6) Check the natural significator of the House The 7th House is reflective of alliances. I would look for conflicts here between partners. To further narrow it down, we could look at the Navamsa. The UpaPada / VyayaPada / (Arudha of 12th House) and the Arudha Lagna (AL) can also reveal more on a married relationship. The 3rd House is considered for Siblings. Consider the 11th for the elder sibling. Look at the appropriate Drekkana (D3) for details. The Dwadamsa (D12) is the chart of parents.
