I own a telecom software company

which is doing very well. In the last month there have

been big developments both good and bad. It is so much

that we can either become a public limited company in

18 months or be history in 6 months.

 

We are three partners. Anuradha, Abhishek and Rishit.

 

Can you shed light on what might be in store ahead?

DOB: 9.10.1977, 6.15 am at mangalore, india

 

Abhi is my brother and rishit is my first cousin. Our

company was floated in 1997 but nothing happened till

2000. In May 2000 we actually started serious work.

 

We have been working very well together as a team for

the last 4 years and this change is possible though

not really that simple (books of records, signing

authority and roles in the company). It is not very

difficult either if it does mean significant uplift to business.

Let me attempt to give my analysis on your business partners, using

the "Sambandha Principles" which I have learned from Sanjay Ji's

lecture.

 

I have considered the CEO, Anuradha as the Purusha (leadership) and

take her Moon's position(Cp). This sign is the reference to Judge the

relationship between her two other passive partners ( Abhishek &

Rishit), who assume the role of Prakriti (support ). The purusa is

treated as the sun and so, in this analysis, we shall palce sun in

Cp. the Janma rasi of the other two partners shll be treated as the

Moon. Abhishek has Sc Moon Sign and Rishit has the Moon Sign in Leo.

1) You will notice that Abhishek's Moon is in 11th house from that of

Auradha's moon position and this is in Krishna Paksha, hence this can

cause ill will, disharmony in partnership and eventually affect the

business.

 

2) Now let us see the other partners sambandha. Rishit's Moon is in

8th house from that of Anuradha's moon position and this is also

Krishna Paksha, hence this can cause ill will, disharmony in

partnership and eventually affect the business too.

 

3) Now let us go a bit further and analyze the sambandha between Sat,

who is the lord of Purusha moon sign and Mars and Sun, the sign lord

of Abhishek and Rishit.

 

4) Sat is a natural enemy to Mars and Sun. Here Sun is placed in 11th

house and Mars is placed in 12th house giving temporary friendship,

But when you take thhe compound relationship of Sat will have overall

Neutral with Sun and Mars, so that is called the hostility and such

people are fundamentally opposed and bear great bitternes. Given the

circumstance, their hostility will surely come to the fore.

 

So what is the Advise for this situation:-

 

6) The planetary relationship can not be modified, but we can suggest

the change in the leadership so that it can bring the Sukla Paksha

from the Purusha to the Prakriti. That can be done this way.

 

7) If we take, Abhishek's Moon sign from Sc as Purusha, then

Anuradha's Moon sign will be in 3th (Cp) and Rishit's Moon sign will

be in 10th (Le). So it means we have one in Sukla Paksha and other is

in Krishna Paksha, means again there would be ups and downs in the

business and communication and leadership porblems.

 

8) If we take, Rishit's Moon sign from Le as Purusha, then Abhishek's

Moon sign will be in 4th (Sc) and Anuradha's Moon sign will be in 6th

(Cp). So from here other two partners are in Sukla Paksha, which

means this is excellent for the business and partnership.

 

9) So in my opinon, if Rishit is going to lead the business then

things looks good to me at this moment. Let us quickly see what are

the postions of these placements again. Rishit (Le) to Abhishek(Sc)

is 4th house, which means "very compatible and growth in wealth".

Now let us see the other Partner, who is Rishit (Le) to Anuradha(

Cp ) is 6th house, which means "Fairly Compatible".

 

10) Also in Rishit's Rasi Chart Moon's dispositor(Sun) is placed in

Vi and Abhishek(Moon's dispositor Mars) is placed in Ge which is 10th

Sun. Anuradha( Moon's dispositor Sat) is placed in Leo which is 12th

house. Now if you look at the compound relationship of Sun with Sat

is Neutral and Friendly with Mars. So this very good too for the

co-lord and A5(Events establishing earning abilities), A10(activities

Now coming to the aspects of this Pi rasi as the Maha Dasa. Ge, Vi

and Sg are aspecting Pi. So let us see one by one. Sg has SL

Now coming to Vi, which is the Lagna is loaded with planets and and
