Accurate time of birth

Respected Gurujis:

 

I have a very basic question if you can answer it. What time is

considered as ACCURATE time of birth. The time when the crown of

head shows coming out of female body or when the whole body of the

kid is out or when the kid makes the first sound after coming out. I

have this question because one of my friend took 20 mins for the

baby to come out completely so we are wondering what should be the

accurate time of time. Your answer will greatly helpful.
