Dear Jay,

M.C. Jain 'lifted' the majority of the content for the book "The stars and your

future" from a much earlier work entitled "Zodiacal Symbology" by Isidore

Kozminsky. That is where the lord / degree system you refer to originates from.

Check out degree systems at Dave Roell's website:

Plagiarism should not be given the mantle of respectibility.

Many blessings,

Peter Richard

Re: [vedic astrology] Degree Lord

Dear Astro Pathy,

After seen Nitins response it occurred to me that you might have referred to

something completely different.

There is a system where each of the degrees in the zodiac is assigned one of the

planets as its lord and certain 'qualities' to follow, when a planet is found in

such a degree.

The source I have is a book by the late M.C. Jain "The stars and your future"

where this is fully described.

However, for the sake of justice I have to mention that I have seen the same

text elsewhere under Western astrology so the 'true' source is hidden behind a

question mark just as much as its validity .

Kind regards/Jay Weiss
