planets in debility

Dear All,

I was finding it difficult to analyze a chart with saturn and mars

both in debility in rasi chart.

Interestingly mars gets exalted in D-9 and saturn in own house in D-

10.

My question is,

1) do we have to worry about debilitation in rasi chart

while interpreting the divisionl charts for results?

2) if the dispositor of a debilitated planet is also debilitated -

looks very bad- is it really that bad?

3) if in the above scenaro if the dispositor gets cancellation of

debility, does that redeem the primary planet aswell..?

 

Would appreciate your thoughts and comments.
