Allow me to share some of my understanding……

 

Firstly, take a deeper and wholistic approach to the chart. Don't read

this one combination alone.

 

The Rashi describes the environment.

The House describes the lessons of life / areas of life in question.

Planets therein reflect the dynamic forces interacting in the chart.

 

(Check aspects to the above; check degrees of the planets mentioned

as well.)

 

On a very simple level, these are the forces of influence that come

and affect the 9th House affairs.

 

This could imply, unmarried women (Venus), the elderly, hard working,

perhaps deprived, taskmaster (Saturn), warriors, defenders, co-borns

(Mars) come and influence Dharma / Guides / Father / Father-Figures, etc.
