I use Raman Ayanamsa. >From a cursory glance, I feel that the education would have been broken and one of the combinations that the native might have taken could be chemistry- microbiology. (Reason: 4th has exalted Venus, debilitated Mercury and Mars with Jupiter aspect). However, the presence of debilitated mercury might have rendered the native to change his stream frequently. Rahu Mercury (starting May 2002) could have made the native do good amount of research in astrology. Venus is exalted forming Hamsa hence good.(But Venus being a malefic for sag lagna mothers health may be noted.Also as Karaka Moon is in 6th though exalted).Mercury is debilitated but is good in vargas.In sidhamsha mercury is good.Mars being 5th lord will be good.But in 4th as 12th lord may be difficult for mother again.Lord of 4th is in 8th which is bad for the significations of 4th but is exalted hence neutralised.Jupiter aspects 4th(own) house.Thus considering from Lagna 4th house is ok.Hence educational indications are good.But short breakages may not be ruled out due to the above said reasons. For higher education let us consider 9th house.Ninth house has saturn and Rahu.Thus bad.But ninth lord is exalted in 5th.Which is good.Hence the individual has higher educational possibilities,but again short breakages. Now from Moon 4th house has saturn and Rahu.4th lord exalted in 12th.5th lord is debilitated.Thus again the indications are mixed.Ninth lord from moon, saturn is in 4th, afflicted by rahu. Thus i would say there can be a break during Rahu dasha (Rahu-sat or Rahu-Mercury).Kindly correct me. In JHora Software the value for Raman Ayanamsa is 1 Deg 27 Min 0 Sec minus Lahiri Ayanamsa. Please let me know: do you use the same value or some different value, as I wanted to use this Ayanamsa ans see few events on some charts for my own education. Thanks for your help in advance.
