If your wife is slightly plump and short,then Meena Lagna can not be

possible. Because if we take Meena Lagna ,then its lord Guru in 7th

aspecting Lagna should give her long,and healthy personality.Also I

am not getting the correct Dasa- Antara - Pratyanatra for her

marriage if I take Meena Lagna. So as per me,what I rectified time

I just rectified your wife's birth time using Kunda, Pranapada and

Navamsha - Dwadashamsha methods and it came to 21 :41:35 Hrs.So as

per this Lagna rises in Mesha with 4th lord Chandra .7th house,9th

and 12th house indicate foreign travels.4th house indicates change

in living place depending on its lord's placement.Now 4th lord

Chandra is in Chara Rashi,9th and 12th lord Guru eventhough is in
