Guest guest
Hello Sunil: The quote by KS Krisnamurthy about Gochar transits being useless in prediting is completely wrong. I've seen people experience the effect of Sade-sate, which is due to the the Gocard transit of Saturn. I've seen people experience changes in their day to day/month to month lives and this I believe is due to Gochar transits as well. Even beggers begging on the streets of Bombay have good and bad days. -- It is in their destiny to beg due to the planetary placements in their birth horoscope; however, they experience good and bad days in their lives due to the various Mahadasas AS WELL AS Gochar transits. I've observed beggers getting married (or hook up with another begger) and have babies. -- The karmic forces that caused a soul to be born as begger is reflected in the birth horoscope; however, this very same begger getting married is due to their Gochar Jupiter transiting the 9th house or the 7th house and maybe due to a favorable mahadasa. The point I'm making is that Gochar transits DO matter in predicting. Furthermore, NOT EVERYTHING that these so-called Gurus, Pandits, Yogis, Maharajs, Brahmins, Poojaris, Mahatmas, Devs, Devis, Matas, etc., etc. SAY is ALWAYS true. --Most of these gurus and god-men are outright crooks; some of these start out with good intentions and high ideals, but turn in self- agrrandizing prophets and seers; some are highly educated professionals like engineers, etc. but turn into self-promoting demi- gods. The key to learning Vedic astrology these days is to hear a lot of opinions on a board like this and read each of the opinion with a healthy degree of critique. I have deep interest in transits. If someone from the list can also teach us Bhrigu Progressions it would be great, it seems their are astrologers who use only Bhrigu Progressions, Goravani software gives these Progressions but one needs a teacher to teach how to delineate them. > > Although this thread is going nowhere as far as constructive astro discussion, but would like to quote Shri K.S.Krishnamurthy, (I found this tough to believe maybe due to my inexperience) > > " Most of the traditional astrologers are not unaware, that the Gochara transit systems advocated by various sages, saints and scholars in different text-books are useless, meaningless and not universally applicable." > > If someone has his book, they can verify and let us know as my source is an article (If it creates a Martian debate I am out of this thread) > > > Thanks, > > With Blessings of the Divine Mother > > Sunil John > Mumbai > > > Om Subrahmanyaya Namah > > Dear Sunil, > > I've seen some articles quoting some works which predicts different > results in different cycle. i.e., the results can vary in the > different transits in the same position. Guest guest
Dear Mukund, Ur view point is very much appreciated. I don't think so that Mr. KS Krishnamurthy said that Gochars do not matter as your mail indicated, he might have said that their is a different method to it which I presume Vinay's mail has touched upon. I might be wrong though in what i interpretated from his 4 lines. As I said in brackets I didn't beleive in that comment by Mr Krishnamurthy - which means that I do beleive in Gochar and have seen some wonderful Gochar results esp on the Bindu points, although i need to expand my experience to be know its accuracy percentage. I would appreciate very much if u or anyone can forward any chart details of beggars with some events if possible. I attach below an excel sheet for convenience. Dear Vinay, Thanks for ur mail, I might not be on the list that often I didn't know that the person Mr KS Krishnamurthy is the same one of famous KP system, I thought his name was KP Krishnamurthy , sometimes i get confused with South indian names, so kindly bear. U have given a very useful tool to synthesise both the asc and the moon during transits, I shall look at it more closely from now on. It is nice to see ur knowledge on the list, if u were not urged to participate on the list, many wouldn't have seen ur analytical skills. For your information I am very much aware that one of our members Rajiv Karekar is a KP enthusiast. Since u are interested in the KP theory, if u haven't so far try to look into Mr Gondalkers (From Thane, Bombay) famous 4 step theory which some say is an offshoot and far superior to KP. During my last meet I had urged him to translate his book into English for the western and non marathi reading audience. As for ur 'humble' advice that I should read books instead of articles since I would get confused, do not worry that I got confused by reading Krishnamurthy's 4 lines, I still have some Dhi left maybe. As for your last statement that I should not take it personal, I haven't since I know ur writing style very well by now and would just like to add a quote "If one is human, then one is personal, period" Thanks, With Blessings of the Divine Mother Sunil JohnMumbai www.kryon.org
