Clarification from Shri PVRji (Narashimhaji) & Shri Parthaji

I have read in the archives (1st 1000 messages) Shri Narasimhaji

mention that in virgo, Jupiter in 10th is very good for learning

astrology. Some also have expressed the 9th lord in 9th lord is a

good combination. Kindly clarify whether this virgo is virgo lagna

and jupiter in 10th (gemini) or Jupiter in 10th in virgo rasi. I

wanted this clarification as I have Virgo lagna and Jupiter in 10th

and also 9th lord in 9th. Apart from this, kindly adivce what are the

prerequisites of an astrologer. What happens after man in a real

sense acquires "satva" gun ... moves into a higher state of

consciousness ... does astrology still remain as important to him?

Dear Drupad,

 

There are several combination for astrologers. Let me summarize from what I have

collected/understood.

 

1. Check panapharas (2, 5, 8 and 11).

2. Check Jupiter, Mercury and Ketu.

3. Check AK and relation to 11th house.

 

Check for other yogas like Matsya, Ruchaka etc..
