My views a) Guru usually doesnot pay rent in the house that he is placed in b) the House owner cannot collect rent from Guru, as he Is GURU. c) Guru always sits in a house preaching others, and thus he will not see what is happening around him. But this doesnot mean that he harms or intends to harm the house. He just doesnot need to protect a house where he is placed, because Where he stands, the house is automatically protected.
