Dear Mr.Raman,

 

Me in Lag is a fortunate combination, which indicates a scholar and

if not adversely affected by other factors, should give more than one

degree? This also reduce many evils in the horoscope, the problem

here is Me is a malefic, afflicted by Gk and Md and is in Rashi

Sandhi and Moo's(Lag L) neecha position etc; Lag/Moo, 8th(8th L

aspecting 8th is good, but afflicted), 3rd are weak while the maraka

stanas gain strength.Ju, 9th L is again in Rashi Sandhi. Running a

malefic Me's Dasa. In Navamsa also 8th L is in neecha while 3rd L is

in the 12th. In bhava I see Ju's position shifted to Lagna hence that

can extend longevity but the malefic combinations are heavy.

 

The method quoted by Sri Narasimhaji, I've seen it in Dr Raman's

Studies in Jaimini Astrology. Is it described in BPHS also?

 

Anyway, this is what I think on the chart u have given.

 

1) Marriage :

She's running Ve AD till 07/2005. This period should help her for

marriage. Ve is vargottama and is in conjunction with vargottama Ra

indicates an unconventional marriage(although combust). For me, Sa's

PD (2004/07 to 2005/01) seems favourable for marriage.

 

2) Divorce

Mo, 7thL, karaka Ve all are in fixed signs and Ve is vargottama, for

me these show fixity of affections. Other combinations sure indicate

more than one marriage, but these factors being favourable, I go the

other way.

 

3) Me MD - Mo AD

I think Su AD will be very beneficial. The Moo period can give

distress, and the end part may be very bad. At that period, Sa and Ke

will be transiting over 2nd from Lagna, Ra in the 8th, and Sa & Ke

being in the 10th from Moon, all bad.
