Guest guest
Hare Krishna Dear Hamendra. FOr the two signs owned by Mercury-PLease keep in mind the signification of mercury first- Remember the story of Mercury- child of moon and tara(wife of jupiter) then seee that Virgo is indicating purity and also is the exaltation of merc.- so the best qualities of mercury come in virgo. On the other hand gemini is the sign in the natural zodiac- and is indicating copulation. That is the difference. 2) Yes there will be some effects of karmadharma adhitpati yoga by aspects of planets.(Keep in mind that graha aspects represent a "desire"- whereas rashi drishti is permanent effect, so it is bettter to have drishit from rashi with 9/10th lord/ HOWEVER NOW ANSWER IS- strongest best effect comes from graha placement in the houses themselves, plus unafflicted by malefic influnces from other planets, etc to get best effects. For example, if venus and sat were in 9th house for gemini, it is much more powerful than just receiving the aspects onto the houses from those planets./ Best regards, Lakshmi -- In vedic astrology, "hamendra_c" <hamendra_c> wrote: > Respected Gurus, > I am an avid learner of vedic astrology and ahve some > queries pertaining to it. > > Query 1---I am very confused about the fact that Mecury has been > classified as a neutral for Gemini ascendant & a funtional benefic > for Virgo ascendant by the sage. Now what is the reason behind this? > Shouldnt it be benefic for both the ascendants since it rules the > ascendant(which is a kona & kendra ) as well a kendra?please throw > some light on this query? > > Queyr 2-- Does the aspect of 9th lord on 10th house and 10th lord on > 9th house constitute the famous Dharma Karmadhipati yoga? > > Waiting eagerly for views..... > > Kind Regards, > Hamendra.
