Dear All,

Would someon please let me know the rule, or if there is any reference

anywhere, as to how to assess a planet that is debilitated by being in its

exaltation sign and retrograde, but when the rules for neecha bangha are

applied they are fulfilled. Would the planet revert to being considered

exalted again???

Love,

Gili

If you refer Uttara Kalamrita,Shloka No.6, it tells what I have

written.Actually if you refer the archives, may be an year or half

before, samething has been discussed and at that time also I quoted the

same Shloka of Uttra Kalamrita where it says a planet in exaltation

and retrograde it gives results of its sign of debilitation and vice

versa.

I hope this helps you.

With Shri Hari Vaayu Naama Smarana,
