Dear Swee,

 

Look at the degrees of the Atmakaraka Jupiter, and Amatyakaraka Sun –

both are at 17 degrees and some minutes. This is what I was

referencing, based on the chart we have. Pt. Rath gave a presentation

on the effects of replacement on the W. Coast (2003).

 

I am not disagreeing on the use of dispositors. A wholistic approach

is a must, and I'm glad Srinivas is getting some good feedback on

this chart.

 

I attempted Vimshottari to try and understand his mind set better for

this current period. Incidentally, Dwisaptati-sama Dasa also applies

(translation below).

 

It would be nice if Srinivas could write a little more to us, better

indicating the area he would like some guidance. Perhaps he is

looking for Diksha – I do not know.

at?

As for Jupiter being in trines to Sun does it not suggest he should

really be looking for a diksha Guru?

Dear Swee and Prabodh,

 

Thank you for sharing your observations and suggestions for Srinivas.

 

Swee - I'm all for a Vishnu form associated with Rahu, being the

planet to look upon for the Ishta. I hinted at Maa Durga for some

other reasons as well, listed below. As Jupiter is in trines to the

Mantra Pada (A5), I would encourage Mantra.

 

There is a also Chara Karaka replacement, the Sun taking over the

role of Jupiter. I suspect Srinivas sufferd a lot during one cycle of

the natural age between 21 - 22. Even if we consider the Sun as the

next AK, and afflicted, Rahu is 12th from it again, in Karakamsa.

 

Surya Namaskaar will help, but I am unsure how exactly this will play

out in the chart, and have not focused on it as much as you have. I

took it as naturally being opposed to the Lagna Lord Saturn, and also

lording a Dushthana in a Dushthana.

 

Thank you for also writing on the Baadhak(s). However, I would like

to hone it down a little further and look at the Antars for Baadhak,

based on the Vimshottari scheme. Srinivas is running Mercury Antar.

 

Mercury is Baadhak to the 3rd House and the 12th House. Hence, some

obstacles in courage, valor, initiations, the giving, the outgoing,

losses, etc. are in effect. Antar changes to Ketu in September 2006.

 

Using the Sun / Moon / Lagna Principle:

Rahu is 11th from the Sun

Mercury is 4th from the Moon

Ketu is 4th from the Lagna (some also consider it backward, in count)

 

The focus is inner peace.

 

The Karmic Nodes will soon take their opposite positions in transit

in this chart. Ketu is in Aries, in the 4th House in this chart.

Again, this relates to 4th House significations. Rahu is transitting

this house and will conjunct natal Ketu later.

 

Pratyantar changes to YogaKaraka Venus late August this year after a

peak caused by Ketu's frustration.

 

Swee - I'm not as familiar with Yogi planets and Sudasana Gayatri.

Again, I would encourage some form of mantra or chanting.

I had a look at your chart regarding gemstone recommendation - None

I will present the reasons for the conclusion.

 

Saturn is Mahayogada as it is Hora Lord. Saturn is also your Avayogi

planet Jupiter. Being the avayogis, they does not bless. Sun is

weakened

due to placement in marana and has all the more season to create harm

as

it's dispositor is Jupiter.

 

You have 2 badhakas, Mars and Ketu: The naisargika karaka for fixed

assets is Mars in the 12th and Ketu is in the 4th with 12th lord.

 

The dispositor of Moon is Mercury, lord of Sri Lagna which indirectly

activates the position of Saturn (HL). In Navamsa, Mercury is badly

placed with your Badhaka. Wearing a gemstone will strengthen the

indications of DK, Mercury and accentuates the crisis that Mercury

periods will bring, over and over, as Mercury is retrograde.

Next, let's assess Venus: Venus' dispositors are co-lords Saturn and

Rahu and you are now in Rahu Mahadasa. Rahu is in parivatana with

Venus

and Venus is lord of your AL with Rahu in it. The next downside is

that

11th from AL is Sun in marana.

In the charakaraka scheme, Venus is GK and Rahu is BK. In both Navamsa

and Dasamsa, Rahu is debilitated. This suggests an upaya to your Guru.

Gift of a diamond or white silken cloth.

 

Do offer daily mantras to your Istha Devata, though I am not too sure

about Durga, as suggested by Nitin. The dispositor of Rahu and

dispositor's dispositor are all male planets. However, the

vaiseshikamsa

of Mercury which is your yogi planet does indicate some blessings.

 

Nitin: What do you think about the suggestion of a Vishnu form of

Devata

and Surya namaskar- Sun is also the yogi planet and functionally, it

is

a malefic. Because it conjoins Mercury, and both are yogi planets the

Sudasana (Mercury) Gayatri (Sun) is a must.

You can wear Diamond as it is Yogakarak for you. Moreover it is

aspecting your 8th house as well. Jupiter is as well aspecting 8th

house but itself is weak being aspected by Shani and being with

Mandi and Ketu. There is no way you can wear read coral. It is not

only lord of 11th but associated with 8th lord and has parivartan

with Ju as well. Shani is aspecting moon as well that way making it

weak. So enhance Ve by wearing diamond so that its dristi on 8th

will be beneficial and perform abhishek on Shivaling daily with

Mahamrutyu mantra.

 

Right now you are in Ra/Me and your A5 is in 8th house so please

keep yourself away from tantra and mantra of tamasi pooja.

 

Ofcourse this is my opinion and can be totally wrong.
