Lords of 1, 5, 9 in conjunction etc

Hi everyone,

I am a beginner and hence some more beginner

questions.

A general question first,

(a) does the aspect of a benefic planet (eg. Jupiter,

Mercury), even if it is an enemy to the receiving

planet, make the aspect auspicious ?

(b) does the aspect of a malefic planet (eg. Saturn,

Mars), even if it is a friend to the receiving planet,

make the aspect inauspicious ?

Also, a specific question:

I read on a site that

(Situation 1) if the lords of 1st, 5th & 9th (the

konas) are in conjunction

OR

(Situation 2) lords of 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th (the

kendras) in conjunction

then there is a Raj Yoga. But I checked with BPHS and

for ***conjunction*** case there seems to be no such

Raj Yoga, even though there are some Yogas given in

BPHS for the case of mutually aspecting.

My question is

(a) In either Situation 1 or Situation 2, is there a

Raj Yoga ? I am asking ONLY for the case of

conjunction & NOT for aspects etc ?

If the Answer to (a) is true (would appreciate if the

name can be given also), then there are some further

questions:

(b) Is the Yoga made stronger or weaker by the aspect

of a friendly planet, i.e. a planet giving aspect to

all the 3 lords (Situation 1) or 4 lords (Situation 2)

which is a friend to all 3 lords or 4 lords

respectively (or lets say friendly to 2/3 and netural

to the 1/3 etc respectively) ?

© In case (b), if the "friendly" planet is a malefic

or a benefic, how much would the Yoga be affected

further ?

Thanks & Regards,

Pradipto
