Of all the above combinations, there are only 3 distinct cases:

1. For Cancer Lagna, Saturn as 7th lord owns 8th house.

2. For Leo Lagna, Saturn as 7th lord owns 6th house.

3. For Scorpio Lagna, Venus as 7th lord owns 12th house.

Let me know if I am missing something here.

IMHO, problems/delay in marriage are due to past karma (of course the bad

ones). That's why many suggest fasting in the days of lord ruled by UL for

peaceful married life and praying to lord of 7th from Venus to remove any

obstacles in getting married.
