Dear Friends,

Puzzle:

After intense discussions about the US elections and Swamiji's

unfortunate arrest, may be it is time to have a puzzle going to make

the discussions less intense/heated and livelier!

Here is the data of incorporation of a Company in July 2002. This

puzzle will have two aspects, 1, we can have immediate answers so

far as they are about predicting what happened thus far and 2, we

can see the predictions unfolding in stages in the next few months

to couple of years. You can have continuous feedback on what

actually happens from me that I assure you all.

July 11, 2002

Place: Atlanta, GA – USA

Time: 11:06 AM

Longitude; 84 W 23

Latitude: 33 N 45

Time Zone: 5:0 West of GMT

Indications regarding what can be addressed, past, till now:

1. History, including how and under what circumstances the

company was incorporated

2. How is the progress so far? What are the hurdles that were

faced and what are the successes that were achieved

3. Financial situation till now

Future, going forward:

1. What is the stage of the product/s

2. How will they be received by the customers

3. What is the funding situation and financial stability of the

company

4. What would be the financial and funds situation in the

immediate future and in the next couple of years

5. When will the exit take place and in what form,

acquisition/IPO or going under?

Any other information that you can predict about the past, present

and the future would be appreciated. Although this would be

personally beneficial to me as I am an involved party, I hope you

would also get a chance to test your concepts and teach them to

others in the group who are keen on learning.

Few SJC Guru's know about the past and the present status of the

company and I would request them to not address those parts which

they already know as a fact but they can attempt the other aspects

about the future and the past which they are not privy to. Thanks in

advance in taking part in the puzzle and for the Guru's for

obliging

Hello,

Since no one has taken up interest in your puzzle...I will give it a try only

partially, for there are puzzles to be solved!!

My first impression abt the chart - Moon in the chart represent employees and

Saturn represents regulatory authorities. Mars is conjunct Moon which indicates

agitated employees and the moons semi-sqaure to Saturn indicates some problems

with emloyement involving litigation, conflict etc...

Are facing these problems?

Thanks for trying. It is still only 24 hours since I have posted the puzzle and

I am sure others will respond.

The answer to your querry is no, we are not facing any litigation. I would not

respond beyond this at this point as it might influence others thinking. Let us

wait.
